POEM stands for the Participatory Organization for Empowering Marginalized.
We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to uplifting the most vulnerable communities across Pakistan. Rooted in the belief that true development happens with people, not just for them, we operate on an inclusive participation model. We bridge the gap between marginalized populations and the resources, rights, and opportunities they deserve.
From the rural heartlands of Sindh to the developing urban centers, POEM acts as a catalyst for sustainable change, ensuring that no individual—regardless of gender, caste, creed, or economic status—is left behind.
